CKBZ thermal insulating brick is a rectangular hollow casting module which is made of polystyrene material.After building block type staggered joint the module,configured the reinforcement according to the requirements of building structural design and casted concrete,CKBZ insulating brick composite wall with reinforced concrete as load-bearing frame can be formed as an insulation load-bearing integrated wall.The module can be processed secondary,the construction method is simple,the construction personnel work intensity is greatly reduced,and the construction waste is less in the process of construction.The wall has good effect in economic,energy saving and environmental protection,it is worth further research and promotion.In this paper,the seismic performance of the insulating brick and reinforced concrete composite wall specimens with I type is studied.The finite element model of 18 wall with different concrete strength grade,reinforcement form,high aspect ratio and rib thickness are established by using the general finite element software ANSYS.Through carrying out the modal analysis,harmonic response analysis and low cycle repeated load test simulation of the wall,the seismic performance variation in two cases of wall opening and not opening is studied on.And the seismic performance of the wall and concrete shear wall and reinforced concrete block masonry are compared.The first vibration type of the walls is all bending deformation along the length direction.The natural frequency of the wall is less than that of the shear wall and the lateral stiffness is low.The stiffness of the wall with opening is weakened.The natural period of the wall can be decreased by improving the strength grade of concrete,the vertical reinforcement ratio or the thickness of the rib.The walls whose ratio of height to width is less than 1 have more concentrated vibration response with the harmonic horizontal load in X direction.And the frequency corresponding with the peak displacement of the wall with opening and not opening were3~4Hz and 3.8~5.2Hz.In design of the structure,the resonance damage caused by the load in this range of frequency should be avoided.For the walls with high aspect ratio greater than 1,the displacement response is more complicated that besides the major displacementresponse,there is obvious response of some other modes,and that should be paid attention to in the design.The cracking load of insulating brick reinforcement concrete composite wall is small,the crack and damage of short ribs occurs first.But after crack,the crack of the wall developed more slowly and evenly.The wall has a full hysteretic curve and good ductility.With the strength grade of concrete increased,the lateral stiffness and shear strength can be effectively improved,and the ductility coefficient of the wall is increased.With the horizontal reinforcement ratio of the wall increased,the ductility coefficient and the equivalent viscous damping coefficient of the wall increased.The increase of vertical reinforcement ratio can obviously promote the ultimate load of the wall.The wall of which horizontal bars play in a single row with the same reinforcement ratio is more conductive to ductility.The wall whose ratio of height to width is greater than 1 has less lateral stiffness and better ductility.The increase of rib thickness can significantly enhance the lateral stiffness.Wall opening in addition to reduce the stiffness of the wall,also reduce the energy consumption capacity and the ductility.The comprehensive comparison of the seismic properties of insulating brick reinforced concrete composite wall with reinforced concrete shear wall and reinforced masonry wall shows that insulating brick reinforced concrete composite wall has better ductility and hysteresis energy dissipation capacity,and its stiffness degradation is relatively smooth.The seismic property is great in the scope of its bearing capacity.However its lateral stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity is relatively less than that of other wall and the ultimate bearing capacity is about 1/2 of the shear wall carrying capacity.The design of wall should consider the low lateral stiffness to the impact.The research of this paper has certain reference significance for further understanding of the seismic property of the insulating brick reinforced concrete composite wall,and provides a theoretical basis for the future development of it.
