In the vigorously promote energy conservation,environmental protection today,more and more heat pump technology favored by the industry,which often exist in a large number of industrial production can not be directly used waste heat resources,the traditional approach to waste energy in the same time will Heat pump technology can extract the heat to make it can be reused temperature,the current conventional heat pump unit can only produce hot water below 65 ?,usually can not meet the needs of industrial reproduction,while the High temperature water source heat pump unit can reach a higher water temperature,wide application prospects.In this paper,the toxicity and safety of the working fluid,the impact on the environment and other aspects,in principle,can be used as heat pump material,the initial screening of the ozone layer without damage,the global warming effect is relatively low,non-toxic,Non-combustible single refrigerant.Then,the theoretical cycle of the selected working fluid was analyzed under the specified operating conditions.The theoretical cycle performance of the single working fluid was calculated and the advantages and disadvantages of each working fluid were analyzed.Through calculating the exhaust temperature,Volume heat capacity,condensing pressure and other parameters of the characteristics of the final screening to meet the requirements of the single working medium.As the cycle parameters of a single high-temperature working fluid coexist,we need to select a single working medium on the basis of the advantages of complementary methods,the screening of the working fluid in different proportions ratio,and calculate the different allocation,The cycle performance parameters of the working fluid were obtained.When the condensing pressure was less than 2.5 MPa and the heating capacity per unit volume was more than 3500 KJ/m3,the working fluid ratio was obtained when the circulating COP was at its maximum.According to the mixed working fluid type,GZ1-GZ4 were obtained,and then the performance of the mixture working condition was analyzed.Based on the model of screw compressor with intermediate air supply port,the mathematical model of heat pump unit with intermediate air supply is established,and the calculation method of the optimum middle air pressure is analyzed Under the condition of the single high temperature The heat pump system is simulated under the specified cycle conditions,and the performance of the conventional heat pump unit is compared with that of the screw heat pump unit with the air supply system.Then,on the heat pump experimental platform,the performance of the heat pump system is compared with that of the conventional heat pump system.The experimental results are compared with the simulation results,and the accuracy of the mathematical model is verified.
