| In the field of space to ground remote sensing,space camera,as a kind of important equipment to get the ground information efficiently,is widely used in military and civil fields.With the deepening of application,ground resolution requirements of remote sensing image are getting higher and higher.How to improve the imaging quality of the space camera has become one of the key issues for researchers.In the complex and changeable environment of space camera,the temperature stability and consistency of the body is the key factor to affect the imaging quality of the camera.Temperature changes affect the imaging quality of the optical system and the photoelectric conversion performance of the CCD device,and then affect the image quality.Therefore,it makes a great sense to put forward reasonable thermal control index,design reasonable and reliable active thermal control system,stabilize temperature level of space camera,eliminate the effect of temperature gradient on the imaging quality,so as to improve the efficiency of the use of the effective load of the spacecraft and get high resolution ground image.This paper is based on the high precision temperature measurement of wide temperature range and fast and stable high precision temperature control requirements on orbit imaging of space camera,considering the deficiency of the traditional passive thermal control method that space camera in orbit can not be temperature intervention.Eliminates the conversion error of voltage to resistance in temperature information collection of R-T characteristic curve,proposes a rational regression scheme of U-T data based on temperature acquisition circuit under Kalman filtering method,applies the advanced process control method to the active thermal control system of space camera,studies the simulation of the differential tracker in auto disturbance rejection control,and proposes the improved algorithm,in order to enhance the steady performance of thermal control and dynamic performance of operating temperature control.Through the exploration and improvement of the temperature measurement process and the temperature control process of the space camera thermal control system,and effective coordination,improves the temperature acquisition and processing method and the single non intelligence active thermal control method of the traditional space camera,to achieve rapid,stable,wide range,high precision,low resource consumption target of the temperature control of space camera,so as to adapt to the growing space camera temperature control requirements.In this paper,the data acquisition and master control program in the temperature level has a certain universal,can be used as an effective complement to the active thermal control system of space camera,and has a very good application prospects in the future space camera thermal control design. |
