Wuzheng group independent research and development of a light truck production logistics, located in the city logistics market, the car body using the latest international truck design language, beautiful appearance; the engine, gearbox using the domestic top brand, the match is reasonable, the power is strong, the market has a warm response. However, the phenomenon of the noise becomes large and the vibration of the vehicle is enhanced when the vehicle is driven by a certain speed or special road at a certain speed. After receiving the feedback, the research institute leaders attach great importance to, especially the establishment of the project team to solve this problem, I am in the project team is mainly responsible for the design and improvement of the body suspension system. This article is also a summary of the work done in the body suspension system and vehicle ride comfort.First, refer to the body mount system, the vehicle ride comfort aspects of domestic and foreign literature, the body mounting system design and improvement work to establish a comprehensive understanding. The design process of the existing design process of the company body suspension system design each step to sort out and verify. Calculation shows that the old body mount system static stiffness, but because light truck body general layout space constraints and cost constraints, body hanging mounting system can't be changed for heavy trucks of semi floating structure, the final choice of using silicone rubber to reduce the static stiffness of the design.Second, using the finite element method to analyze the rationality of the car body suspension before and after the change. In order to establish a body assembly, a frame assembly, power train, front and rear axles, container all parts of 3D data; measuring the door glass lifter, driving room panel assembly, a steering system, seat and other parts of the mass, position of center of mass, power train, axles, drive shaft quality, centroid position and around the centroid position XYZ axis three inertia, driving around the room hanging rubber block, power train mount rubber block and other parts of stiffness, tire and suspension shock absorber damping coefficient. The material properties and the connections of the key parts are established, and the finite element model of the whole vehicle is obtained.Third, before and after the suspension of the vehicle to change the vehicle modal analysis, to obtain the vehicle before the six order mode. And the establishment of the idling,40km/h speed driving conditions induced vibration frequency amplitude curve, analysis the direction disc midpoint, instrument panel beam, the main seat XYZ three direction, the left and right engine bracket seven key points of the vibration acceleration response curve. The results show that body mount change before and after the seven key vibration acceleration have different degrees of reduced, and provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent experiments.Fourth, using the existing vibration test equipment-Donghua 5922 dynamic data acquisition and analysis system for the last chapter analysis of the seven key points of the real vehicle vibration test. According to the test operation specification, the parameters are set, and the frequency response curves of the seven key points are obtained. Real vehicle test results also show that the suspension of the vehicle before and after the change, the vehicle ride comfort has been greatly improved.Finally, the work was summarized, the body suspension mechanism design process, CAE analysis process and test flow. Through this project, completely solve the this lightweight urban logistics truck noise and vibration problems, for subsequent company vehicle body mounting design, vehicle ride comfort optimization provides the reference and the stock of knowledge, and for the subsequent design work to provide a train of thought.
