Research On The Burner System Of Oil And Gas Mix-combustion Type

The burner is an important device in the development of industry,which can meet the needs of human production and provide the source of energy.With the development of human science and technology and the increasing needs of the industry,the past combustion technology has been unable to meet people on the combustion efficiency of target,so the burner of automatic control technology is developed.Automatic control field is booming in the world,which is bringing multi-function for automatic control type of burner,which is high efficiency,high reliability,so is called a new generation of intelligent burner.The oil and gas Mix-combustion burner is a kind of product under the automatic control type burner,which can provide more combustion efficiency than the conventional burner.In production and operation,it can provide higher level of safety performance.Compared with the traditional burner,the oil and gas mixture burner can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operator.PLC's program can be used to control the operation of burner,the system hardware is centralized in the control cabinet and centralized management.This paper analyzes and studies the principle of combustion and the key technology of the burner.The hardware composition and software construction of the burner system of oil and gas mix-combustion type are analyzed.Through upgrading the system hardware,combined with the characteristics of existing burner.The factors that affect burner work,such as fuel oil and gas,can be analyzed by using cascade control system.Combine the work of the existing burner.According to the functions to be implemented,the whole control system of hardware and software are designed.To collect data such as pressure,flow rate,valve and so on,this paper presents the selection of PLC and the distribution of I/O address and the scheme of the hardware are formed.After completing the construction of the hardware structure,the process of the control of system and the drawing of the program ladder diagram were completed.According to the fuel oil control system,the target of complete the design of the control system of combustion gas,which is specifically for measuring instrument to carry out the selection work at the same time.In order to achieve a specific function is completed the configuration of the hardware design and the operation panel.After all the above design work is completed,the multi-function automatic control of oil and gas mixture burner is realized through field simulation test.
