The main reason of the rapid growth and development of perovskite solar cells is that it has a great many of characteristics meeting the requirement of solar cells.It studies the anode buffer layer of perovskite solar cells in this article.It already has many studies at cathode buffer layer,such as PC61BM,BCP,ICBA,C60,ZnO,putting LiF and PEIE between Ag and PC61BM and different kinds of electrodes(like Al,Ag,Au,Ca).These studies all point to the buffer layers and the active layer,it is not electrons transporting but holes influence the PCE of solar cells.The number of electrons and holes must be balanced otherwise the oversupply electrons are waste.So it studies to the active layer and anode buffer layer of perovskite solar cells in this article.(1)It can improve the PCE of devices by doping PbCl2 in active layer,it also improve the hysteresis phenomena of perovskite solar cells.It studies the influences of different PbCl2 density(PbI2:PbCl2=2:1 PbI2:PbCl2=1:1 and PbI2:PbCl2=1:2),different MAI density(40 mg/mL?30 mg/mL?20 mg/mL and 10 mg/mL)and different annealing time to perovskite solar cells and optimization of these conditions.The performance of devices with PbCl2 are better than that with PbI2 merely by the comparative analysis of morphology,absorption and EQE.It also contrasts the hysteresis phenomena between the two fabrication methods.Hysteresis phenomena has been improved by doping Cl' in devices and the stability of devices is better than before,it can be proved by J-V curves.(2)The short circuit current of devices has been greatly enhanced and the PCE has been improved from 7.5%to more than 10%by doping PEG in PEDOT:PSS based on the structure ITO/PEDOT:PSS(1%PEG)/CH3NH3PbIxClb3-x/PC61BM/Ag devices,and the hysteresis is lower than that in none PEG devices.It mainly studies the influences of different molecular weight PEG(200,400,1000,4000)and different doping density(0.5%,1%,2%,4%)to perovskite solar cells.The improvement of PCE and hysteresis can be seen in J-V tests,absorption tests,EQE tests,transient current tests,C-V tests and XRD tests.
