Abstract/Summary:
The gear motor is widely used in industrial production.The traditional fault detection method of the speed reducer is to use the acceleration sensor to collect the vibration signal.The contact measurement method which is used to detect the acceleration sensor on the motor will directly affect the accuracy of the signal.Using a strong magnet to absorb the acceleration on the deceleration motor for fault monitoring,it will cause the motor shaft or shaft bending,which seriously affects the test results.If the viscous material is applied to the acceleration sensor on the gear motor,it will corrode the outer surface of the motor,and the applicable frequency range will change,the accuracy of the experimental results will be greatly reduced.In order to solve these problems,this paper presents a method of fault information acquisition using laser self-mixing interferometry.This method has the advantages of non-contact measurement,and it can greatly improve the resolution of the fault signal.Using the laser self-mixing interference technology to design the test platform can not only replace the acceleration sensor,but also has the advantages of small size,low cost,long service life,strong anti-interference ability,non-contact measurement,etc..The main contents of this paper are as follows:First elaborated the principle of laser self-mixing vibration signal measurement,shows the influence of different parameters of this technology in the acquisition of the vibration signal of the waveform,and the vibration signal of different parameters using laser self-mixing interferometry for acquisition and analysis,verify the theoretical feasibility of self-mixing interference vibrometer.Based on the principle of wavelet transform,an improved threshold function algorithm based on wavelet analysis is proposed,it can be used to solve the problem that the hard threshold function does not have continuity and soft threshold function at threshold λ.Then analyzes the various types of fault of the motor,analyzes the mechanism of various types of faults,and obtains the fault characteristic frequency of each fault.Design and set up the self-mixing interference experiment platform system of the deceleration motor,and collect and analyze all kinds of faults of the motor.Use the improved threshold function algorithm based on Wavelet Transform to deal with the data of fault signal Judge the failure types of each data,the obtained results are compared with the theoretical values,finally,the validity of the method is concluded...
