Along with our country city changes process,around the waterlogging disaster becomes more serious.In order to effectively reduce waterlogging losses caused by disasters,the city management requires the use of high-tech achievements,establishing evaluation system of reliable City waterlogging risk,simulating and analyzing the complicated problems in the drainage system,drainage system for daily maintenance,easy to provide decision basis for reconstruction in waterlogging region.This paper summarizes domestic and foreign research progress of city waterlogging on the basis,through the analysis of AGSWMM model theory,studies the key technologies in the process of model construction method.The Chinese G D Bay Basin M sub basin as a study area,the construction area of stormwater drainage network test model with the ArcGIS using the AGSWMM modeling software,dynamic simulation of the operation of the drainage M sub basin system in different design standards under the condition of rainfall,the city underground pipe network drainage capacity assessment and waterlogging risk zone evaluation method,get the following main conclusions:Methods A.and AGSWMM by using the ArcGIS modeling tool to build flood model,effectively solve the problem of traditional reliance on manual modeling of low efficiency,high error,can not only improve the efficiency of data management and drainage modeling,and easy to obtain dynamic simulation results and further analysis of the results of data space;Using B.model analysis to identify the pipeline system in weak pipeline and the pipeline,identify the weak tube distribution characteristics of space,can effectively understand bottlenecks where waterlogging occurred.The research shows that the resilience of M sub basin of different type of pipe from strong to weak trunk pipe and branch pipe,branch pipe,dry pipe,mainly caused by the overflow of the pipeline inspection wells is insufficient drainage capacity.The results of the study can serve for managers to analyze and make decisions.The method of improving AGSWMM surface water simulation capability by using MATLAB reference CA diffusion submerged model c..According to the different situations under the condition of rain water,the production of thematic maps and M sub basin area waterlogging risk area and proportion statistics waterlogging risk area characteristic,can work for the relevant departments to make decisions based on the flood drainage.
