Actively promote clean renewable energy to replace traditional fossil energy,and gradually improve renewable energy grid penetration,is the development trend of world energy structure.Wind energy is a kind of clean renewable energy,and its main use is wind power generation.The constant improvement of wind power penetration rate puts forward higher requirements on power system numerical simulation.It's a matter of concern whether different simulation software can maintain good consistency for the simulation results of different wind power penetration systems.In this paper,the simulation consistency of high penetration wind power system is studied,and the innovative work is as follows:1.From the perspective of data structure,the similarities and differences between the mainstream simulation software PSASP,PSS/E and BPA are compared,and the general idea and method of data conversion among different simulation software are explored.From the perspective of model,DFIG wind generator models of three kinds of software is compared.The evaluation of the models under different software is given,and the equivalent method of the models is put forward.The validity of data conversion method is proved through an example.2.Compared with the concept of simulation validity,the connotation of simulation consistency is analyzed in detail.Combining with the characteristics of power system simulation,the usability of existing time series similarity measurement method is evaluated.Considering both the numerical difference and the curve shape difference,the method of measuring the variance of simulation curve is put forward,and the numerical simulation consistency evaluation index system is established.3.Different from the actual situation of power system,a simulation scenarios probabilistic model is proposed.A simulation consistency evaluation method based on Monte Carlo is put forward,and the sample size is determined by testing algorithm.The method is simple in logic and easy programming,suitable for different scale power system simulation consistency analysis.4.This paper briefly introduces the general situation of wind power development and future planning in China,and the characteristics of high wind power penetration system are briefly summarized,and the challenge of numerical simulation of power system is expounded.From the perspective of statistics,the relationship between wind power penetration and simulation consistency is explored by regression analysis.The results show that with the increase of wind power penetration,the simulation consistency of PSASP and PSS/E is getting worse,and there is an approximate linear relationship between wind power penetration and simulation consistency index.
