In recent years,China’s coastal tourism is developing steady and rapidly,gradually reflecting status and influence that can’t be ignored in the regional economic,so it become a hot issue studied by related domestic scholars.In China’s thirteenth five-year plan outline on national economic and social development,the construction of the coastal high-speed rail was put forward.Fujian province also actively respond to the call,Putian,Pingtan,Zhangzhou and other places will put the construction of cross-sea bridge on the agenda.Cross-sea bridge will better match with the coastal high-speed rail,with the purpose of the construction of comprehensive transport hub,to perfect the development of the new coastal industrial base,important development reserve land resources and habitable area where the ecological environment is beautiful and people’s living is rich,and promote the development of coastal tourism industry as well.Through landscape planning and transformation of Pinghai Bridge expanding southward to the bay in Pinghai Town,Xiuyu District,Putian,we hoped to create a more integrated landscape infrastructure systems:The diverse open space and activity places,multipath road network for slow traffic and rich variety of vertical spaces.To make land playing the dual role of transport hub and distribution center for tourists;to combine the traffic function of bridges and tourists’ gather,paddle and other leisure activities in green space into an organic whole in the space;to create a place with collection of urban tourism,urban traffic and residents leisure;to commonly promote the environmental benefits and the quality of tourist space.At present the base mainly embodies the following characteristics:1)The complex terrain of this plot,containing the beaches,mountains,cliffs and other landscape,and elevation difference is big,so it is difficult to design.2)The land adjacent to Phinghai Bay of Putian faces Meizhou Island of Putian across the sea,and construction of the cross-sea bridge across Meizhou Island and Phinghai Bay has been on the agenda,and in the future it will be an important node in Pinghai town,not only playing the function of roads,but also being a publicity platform.3)Man-made pollution of the place is more serious;with the increase of the beach tourist population(most are Putian city residents),green plants around beach are destroyed seriously,with rubbish everywhere.4)Residents nearby the base is given priority to with fishermen,with fishing boats nearly 500;there are many tourists,most of whom are Putian locals who visited here the for summer vacation.5)The fishermen living facilities are humble,and fishing boats are worn-out,with large energy consumption and serious pollution.With the continuous development of Putian and Pinghai Town economy,the construction of road surrounding sea and the cross-sea bridge,we believe that in the future there will be more and more people arriving here through Pinghai Bridge connecting Pinghai with Meizhou Island.But now,with daily flow of about 500 people,there has been daily waste products destroying vegetation and beach,beside,people flow line is disorderly and fish market is everywhere along with the street.How to form the main body of landscape space in connection with every scenic spot as well as maintain the original landscape to the greatest extent in Pinghai town need to be solved.Through the planning and reconstruction of the greenbelt on bridgehead,a benign view activity places will be formed.
