UAV flight control system is the core of the control of the aircraft,mainly to complete the flight mission control,attitude calculation and flight command control and other functions,in the UAV R & D process plays a key role.UAV flight control system semi-physical simulation platform for UAV is a kind of simulation test equipment for on-site flight simulation,in the machine before the flight test and flight quality assessment provides a convenient visual test means.Based on the analysis of different semi-physical simulation system,this thesis is based on the requirements of field simulation and real-time operating environment.Based on the analysis of the related key technologies of the simulation system and the overall architecture of the simulation,a flight simulation solution based on the combination of embedded data acquisition system and distributed real-time simulation system is proposed.To solve the problem of traditional laboratory conditions,the simulation system is relatively inconvenience to carry.At the same time due to the modular design of the system,from top to bottom design ideas to solve the high maintenance costs and complex system defects.Based on the analysis of the principle of semi-physical simulation system and the design of the overall scheme,the semi-physical simulation platform based on distributed simulation is designed based on the analysis of key technical indexes and key technologies.On the basis of clarifying the overall scheme of the system and the requirements of each index,This thesis is designed and analyzed in detail in two parts: simulation hardware design and flight simulation modeling software design.Firstly,based on the analysis of UAV flight control data flow,a hardware and software solution of simulation data acquisition system based on embedded system is proposed.Real-time operating system migration problem of acquisition system is proposed for real-time demand to ensure time certainty.Secondly,based on the analysis of the solution of flight simulation modeling,a model software design solution of distributed simulation is proposed.And then on the basis of the overall program,we focused on the detailed design of the device interface model and simulation model of the code automatically generated and debug.Finally,we Complete the simulation model test and simulated by semi-physical simulation.In this thesis,the semi-physical simulation platform of the flight control system has basically completed the requirement of flight control system simulation and verification,and it can cover the flight mission requirements of the flight control system after the performance test.Compared with the traditional semi-physical simulation equipment of the laboratory environment,the stability and function of the platform are basically the same,and the flight simulation test does not appear unstable situation such as system collapse and packet loss.In the realization of the same function under the premise to meet the needs of the maximum portability,combined with the distributed simulation system can achieve flight simulation and three-dimensional real-time display,including flight posture and flight trajectory.
