Horizontal shaft type concrete mixer has many advantages,such as good mixing quality,high production efficiency,etc.It is widely used in the production of various types of cement concrete.Due to sealing device for the end shaft has the problem of leakage of lubricating grease to mixing zone of mixer In the process of work,therefore,the ability to produce high strength concrete is limited.So,it is urgent to design a new type of sealing device for the end shaft to solve the above problems,then the horizontal shaft type concrete mixer can better adapt to the requirements of producing high strength concrete.In order to solve the problems of sealing device for the end shaft in existence,In this paper,according to the relevant operating parameters and structure of JS2000 type horizontal shaft type concrete mixer,the main research contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of the relevant operating parameters and structure of JS2000 type horizontal shaft type concrete mixer,combined with mechanical seal technology and existing concrete mixer shaft end sealing technology,combined sealing device for the end shaft has been designed.Its biggest characteristic is can effectively reduce leakage of lubricating grease to mixing zone of mixer in the mixing process.(2)The working state on the main seal of the new-type combined sealing device for the end shaft is simulated using finite element software ANSYS,the feasibility of the new-type sealing device for the end shaft is verified.At the same time,it is found that the pressure distribution of the two sealing rings contact surface in the main seal is not ideal,which results in a faster wear rate of the two seal ring,then affects the life of sealing device for the end shaft.(3)By combined improving the structure of the dynamic sealing ring and optimizing the working oil pressure of sealing device for the end shaft,the aim of adjusting the pressure distribution state of the two sealing rings contact surface is achieved.Under the premise that contact surface of two sealing rings is well jointed,the pressure on the outer side of it is lower,besides close to the external lubricating grease,and the inner side of it has higher pressure.The pressure distribution state can ensure the higher sealing performance of the sealing device for the end shaf and the outer lubricating grease can enter into the two sealing rings contact surface,thus the friction state between the two sealing rings is improved,and the service life of the sealing device for the end shaft is further improved.(4)A new stirring device is designed,which is made up of three section stirring shaft and insertion type stirring arm fixing method.Useing the finite element software ANSYS,the influence of the deformation of the stirring shaft on the working stability of the dynamic sealing is analyzed,when the new stirring device is working normal and jammed.By improving the design method to reduce the impact,so as to further improve the stability of the sealing device for the end shaft.In summary,the combined shaft end sealing device with mechanical seal as its main seal is designed.Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the shaft end sealing device and hydraulic pressure of hydraulic cylinder are optimized,so that it can better meet the requirements of horizontal shaft type concrete mixer to produce high strength concrete.It has certain guiding significance for the actual production and use of the sealing structure for the end shaft.
