| Resource shortage and environmental pollution to promote the development of electric vehicles.But the current pace of development of electric vehicles have been constrained,power battery is one of the very important constraints.In order to ensure the stability of electric vehicle driving,to achieve the consistency of the battery pack and the battery life of the continuation of the type.In order to achieve the above functions,this paper to lithium-ion battery as the object of study,designed a set of electric vehicles for lithium battery power battery Management system.The main function of the system is the battery charge and discharge,data collection,battery status monitoring and protection.The main work includes:Firstly,the charge state of the lithium ion battery is estimated by using the Thevenin circuit model and the extend Kalman filter algorithm.At the same time,the linear Kalman filter is chosen as the theoretical basis,and the existing SOC estimation method is used to analyze and improve the safety AH and EKF method to carry out SOC estimation.Second,this paper uses the battery management system based on the chip to complete the electric vehicle battery management system hardware circuit design,design a set based on BQ76PL455 EVM battery management system of the overall design.Including the main control board and acquisition board hardware circuit.Thirdly,use of modular design ideas designed the battery data acquisition,battery balance and battery SOC estimation procedures,completed the DSP TMS570LS04 software programming.Using C # language design battery management system PC software,combined with IAR development environment,completed the battery management system host computer monitoring interface design.Fourth,build electric vehicle battery management system experimental platform,the voltage and current data acquisition,to achieve the battery balance control,while the collection of battery information displayed in the C # language written by the host computer.At the same time,the experiment uses Matlab to validate the algorithm based on EKF-AH to design the SOC estimation.The final experimental results show that the system is stable and can accurately collect the data of the battery pack,which basically meets the expected target of the experiment.The shortcomings found in the experiment process also need timely processing and find the corresponding solution.. |
