Human-Computer Interaction(HCI)refers to the process of information exchange between a person and a computer using a certain dialog language and interacting with each other in order to complete the task.Human-computer interaction mainly depends on the input and output of external equipment and the corresponding software to complete.However,due to the distance and the device's non-portability as well as other factors,these devices will increase the user's operating burden.Therefore,the goal of building a natural,harmonious and convenient interface is to reduce user's fatigue and burdens(including the user's memory burden and the user's operating burden)when interacting with devices.With the development of computer technology,human-computer interaction technology is gradually moving from computer-centric to human-centered,and natural interface uses user-centered view to study the cognitive relationship in environment.The goal is to use people's life experience and the law of natural movement as a tool for communication with computing devices,in order to create a natural,friendly and efficient interactive environment.The visual gesture interaction system mainly uses the camera to capture the gestures of the user,and then processes the action information expressed by the gestures,so as to complete the interactive task with the system.However,most of the present research is based on the rules of training and setting up interactive scenes in the vision-based gesture interaction system.The operator will make the corresponding cognitive behavior,so the complicated cognitive behavior will undoubtedly increase the user's memory burden.The establishment of intelligent,natural,harmonious,human-oriented human-computer interface has become a new generation of human-computer interaction(HCI)research of the core objectives.We should really make products for the people,in the actual design of more humane,and we must accurately investigate the actual needs of users and the user's emotional factors then apply to the design,thus the product can truly reflect the “people-oriented” design.The main contents are as follows:(1)A new interactive interface algorithm is proposed to reduce the memory burden of usersIn order to make the user's operation more natural in the process of human-computerinteraction,this paper explores the regularity of the user's behavioral cognition psychology in the process of the movement,and is combined with the user's cognitive model to predict the movement of user's gesture to get the user's intention.The experimental results show that the user interface can express the intention of the user more accurately,and the user's cognitive burden is low.Therefore,the interactive interface provides an effective way to reduce the user memory burden,allowing users to more natural and convenient to interact.(2)Propose the same gesture-to-multi-semantic flexible mapping algorithmFor the user to interact naturally,we study the user's operating habits,and conducted a large-scale survey questionnaire design cognitive experiments,the same gesture has different semantics and semantics in each have different movements feature.Therefore,we quantify the characteristics of gesture movement,get the semantic model of gesture,and then propose a flexible gesture-to-semantic algorithm.(3)A semantic categorization algorithm based on Gaussian statistical model is proposedIn order to describe the characteristics of user gestures more accurately,a Gaussian model for each semanteme is proposed from the data using the normal distribution(Gaussian distribution)to describe the velocity representation regularity of each frame of the operator's motion gesture.The process of each user gesture movement can be regarded as a set of sub-processes,which are independent and random.The user information formed includes semantic features of motion types.This section aims to establish motion information and semantics Information mapping mechanism,and through the iterative model parameter learning,the ideal Gaussian statistical model can be effectively classified gesture semantics.(4)Establish a vehicle interface platform based on reducing the memory burden of usersTo achieve the goal of reducing the user memory load,the above algorithm,we designed a new vehicle interface,and selected two modes: navigation mode and music mode.The method utilizes the gesture-to-semantic flexible mapping algorithm and the gesture classification algorithm based on the Gaussian statistical model to improve the operation accuracy and the user experience in the interaction between the user and the vehicle system,and reduce the user's operating load and cognitive load effectively.
