Abstract/Summary:
As the main driver and core resource of transportation,the improvement of locomotive scheduling’s efficiency is crucial to enhance the potential efficiency of railway freight transportation.In the process of daily transport organization,the locomotive Scheduling is not only to ensure the completion of the normal maintentance and repairmen plan,but also need to consider the real-time adjustment problems during operation;this kind of circumstance is a normal phenomenon after the phase adjustment of train working diagram,and there is an urgent need for a set of scientific measures and methods which can be able to solve such problems timely and effecitvely.The new requirement for locomotive scheduling and routing plans is put forward,and the new challenge to the adaptability of the model and the accuracy of the algorithm is also proposed.This paper will make some exploration in this respect.Firstly,on the basis of summarying the influencing factors of dynamic locomotive scheduling in the process of daily transpot organization,this paper embarks from the theoretical basis of the basic locomotive routing,and analyses the dynamic locomotive scheduling process in a daily plan;Then,it summarizes the characteristics of locomotive scheduling and designes the optimization process of locomotive scheduling under the adjustment of train scheduling;Lsatly,it puts forward the optimization methods of locomotive scheduling when daily plan starts and the optimization methods of the locomotive scheduling adjustment when interference occurs.The main contents are as follows.(1)The optimization of the freight locomotive dynamic scheduling:The locomotive scheduling is the basis of the scheduling adjustment.In the light of the dynamic characteristics of locomotive scheduling during the the process of daily transpot organization,this paper adds the time-network to the construction of model.Firstly,the time-space path network of locomotive dynamic scheduling in a daily plan is selected to be constructed;Secondly,it converts the locomotive dynamic scheduling problem in a daily plan to the locomotive line path selection problem in the time-network and build the locomotive dynamic scheduling model which for the locomotive routing process;Finally,the G-SA algorithm which is based on the locomotive path search is designed according to the characteristics of the model.(2)The optimization of real-time adjustment of freight locomotive scheduling:Firstly,aiming at the specific situation of phased adjustment of the train working diagram,the concept of locomotive order entropy is proposed by drawing lessons from the Interference Mangement;Then,the optimization model of locomotive scheduling adjustment is constructed which is based on the locomotive order entropy;Finally,the G-SA algorithm is designed which for the solution of the model.(3)The validation verification of the model and algorithm:The locomotive dynamic scheduling in a daily plan is obtained through the design and solution of the numerical example.In addition,the numerical examples which targeted on the specific phased adjustment of train working diagram which including irreversible train delays,increased train running line and suspended train are designed and soluted respectively,and the locomotive adjustment schedulings under the different condition of adjustment are obtained.
