Aluminum beam is the key parts of high-speed train which is used for carrying traction motor.Although the location and processing method of cast aluminum beam defects in Five level maintenance procedures for the 5A type EMUs are provided,the provision is only a qualitative description of the impact of the defect.In order to discuss the bearing capacity of the cast aluminum beam with defects,this paper studies the effects of defects on the cast aluminum beam by combining the multi-body dynamics,finite element method and test.1.Through the combined method of using multi-body dynamics and finite element analysis,this paper analysis the track irregularity of the load of cast aluminum beam.According to the Miner cumulative damage theory,the random load is equivalent to the alternating load with constant amplitude.This paper also laies the foundation for the bearing capacity test of cast aluminum beam.2.This paper studies experiment and finite element simulation on the bearing capacity of cast aluminum beam.This paper evaluated the bearing capacity of cast aluminum beam through the finite element simulation analysis.The simulation results are compared with the experimental data of 10 million alternating load carrying capacity It is the foundation of the aluminum beam defect analysis on bearing capacity.3.In this paper,the bearing capacity of the material EN AC42200-T6 is analyzed by the stress intensity factor theory.The finite element method is used to simulate the material carrying capacity of the defects.The method can reflect the characteristics of defects by comparing the simulation results with the experimental data.4.This paper uses the sub model method for stress intensity factors theory with defects of cast aluminum beam bearing capacity based on the research and discussion.Research shows that:Penetrating defects affect the bearing capacity of cast aluminum beam is larger;Cast the beam due to the stress concentration of defects is more sensitive than other locations;The bearing capacity of cast aluminum beam increases with the size of defects and a sharp decline.
