Abstract/Summary:
Heavy haul railway refers to train heavy driving axle load truck or traffic density and heavy traffic volume of railway,mainly used for conveying bulk raw material goods,in 1920s for the first time in the United States,China Railway Heavy Haul Transportation began to develop from 1980s,started late,but rapid development.This paper is based on the "cross Bolai highway bridge"(1-48m+80m+48m)double continuous box girder cantilever hanging basket construction as the background,through the use of MIDAS software and related mechanics theory,and the calculation and checking of the construction process stress including:through the structure of the hanging basket,hanging basket and materials the allowable stress calculation conditions,main technical indexes and calculating loads,structural calculation and calculation results and try to spell loading test,stress analysis and construction control of the hanging basket hanging basket;through the force analysis of section 0,the side span line segment force analysis and support preloading on the section 0 and the side span line a stress analysis and construction control;through the side span closure section locking,closure section locking,closure section construction technology and prestressed friction loss test for closure section stress analysis and construction control.In this paper,the hanging basket stress analysis and construction control,the hanging basket material and allowable stress,the hanging basket construction meet the strength,stiffness and stability of the allowable range,and the hanging basket try to spell loading test results;cross section 0 in straight line segment and edge stress analysis and construction control the 0 section,and the side span line construction meet the strength,stiffness and stability of the allowable range,and the bracket preloading test results;force analysis and construction control of the closure section,the side span closure section locking and span closure section locking range,and the friction loss of prestress test the test results.
