The energy crisis is serious today,solar energy is a clean renewable energy which has become one of the important solutions for the alleviate the energy crisis.As an important part of solar energy,photovoltaic inverter has become a research hotspots and development hotpots.The communication system of PV inverter is an important part of of the inverter,PV inverter can exchange data with other devices for photovoltaic inverter and photovoltaic power station centralized management.In this paper,the current PV inverter of various communication systems are introduced in detail,the SCI,SPI,I2 C and RS-485,such as photovoltaic inverter common communication scheme is analyzed and compared.Widely used in photovoltaic power station of the RS-485 bus for data transmission,the three factors influencing RS-485 bus communication rate and reliability are discussed in detail,namely the impact of signal reflection and communication cable in DC load,distributed capacitance on signal transmission,gives the solution to the reliability of these factors brought by the.At the same time,the coding method of RS-485 communication is studied,and the principle of the 4 encoding methods commonly used in RS-485 communication is analyzed.At the same time the RS-485 signal is affected by distributed capacitance of the cable in the transmission process.Put forward a kind of encoding RS-485 communication technology based on improved 8B/10 B,can reduce the influence of the distributed capacitance in the cable and has a 1 bit error correction function.The input data is encoded by the BCH encoder and then sent to the 8B/10 B encoder for encoding.The 8B/10 B coding circuit is implemented by using parallel coding structure,which can improves the coding speed.Due to the use of BCH coding,the improved coding method has the function of correcting 1 bit error code.According to the principle of photovoltaic inverter communication,the design and implementation of the communication system are completed,and the reliability of the improved 8B/10 B coded RS-485 communication technology is verified by experiments.
