Research On Preparation,Characterization And Performance Of Al/Bi2O3 Composite Energetic Bridge Film Based On Graphene Oxide | | Posted on:2018-09-27 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:X X Ma | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2322330512478559 | Subject:Chemical engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Al/Bi2O3 is a kind of metastable intermolecular composites with high gas production and high heat output,but its high sensitivity limits its practical application.Graphene oxide(GO)is a type of energetic nano materials with carbon structure.Compounding Al/Bi2O3 with GO can reduce the sensitivity of Al/Bi2O3 and effectively control its combustion performance without reducing its heat output.The electrostatic self-assemble method was adopt to synthesize Al/Bi2O3/GO nano energetic composites(nECs)with different GO contents.XRD spectra and TEM images showed that the prepared Al/Bi2O3/GO nECs has good crystallinity and structural stability.The electrostatic discharge sensitivity studies showed that the addition of GO can significantly reduce the electrostatic sensitivity of Al/Bi2O3.Lithography and magnetron sputtering methods were utilized to prepare the Cu micro ignition bridge.Then,Al/Bi2O3/GO nECs with different GO contents were deposited onto the bridge area by electrophoretic deposition(EPD)to form composite energetic brigde films(CEBF).The results showed that EPD is a successful method to prepare Al/Bi2O3/GO EIBF,but the membrane effect decreased with the increase of GO contents.Also,the total heat releases of these CEBF rose due to the GO addition,especially when the GO content is 5 wt.%,the heat release reached the highest point at 1210 J/g.The combustion and ignition performance of the CEBF were studied by laser ignition and electrical explosion tests.Laser ignition tests showed that GO can inhibit the combustion of Al/Bi2O3 CEBF.The electrical explosion tests illustrated that the addition of GO can reduce the duration of electric explosion for Al/Bi2O3 CEBF and increase its the delay time.The volt-ampere characteristic curves of electrical explosion showd that the Cu vapor ionization of Al/Bi2O3/GO CEBF occured in advance and atomic double spectral measurement results showed that the Al/Bi2O3/GO CEBF with 2 wt.%GO content had a peak temperature up to 3507 K,which was about 400 K higher than that of Al/Bi2O3 CEBF,while it had the longest duration of high temperature.These excellent properties prompt Al/Bi2O3/GO CEBF with 2 wt.%GO content to own the ability of continuous ignition and to improve the reliability of the micro ignition bridge. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Metastable Intermolecular Composites, Al/Bi2O3, Graphene oxide, Energetic bridge film, Electrophoretic deposition, Electrical explosive performance, Laser ignition | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
