As a stable,high thermal efficiency,power and low fuel consumption of power machinery,diesel engines gradually become the preferred powertrain of a variety of heavy vehicles and non-road mechanical.But the diesel engine exhaust particles contained in great harm to people,in front of increasingly stringent laws and regulations has gradually become the main factors restricting the application and development.Diesel Particulate Filter(DPF)is one of the most widely used technologies to remove particulates from diesel engine exhausts,.In this paper,by analyzing the working principle of the diesel particulate filter,the mathematic model is studied and the 3D model of DPF is established by using AVL-FIRE software.The simulation of the loading process and the regeneration process are carried out.Finally,the engine bench test and road is verified.The main contents are as follows:(1)The harm of exhaust particles of diesel engine was analyzed,and the characteristics of various diesel particulate filters regeneration technology and the working principle and working characteristics of particle filters were studied.Design the catalytic diesel particulate filter(CDPF)after-treatment system,and establish its calculation model by software;(2)Through the study of the after-treatment system and the characteristics of engine exhaust,the regeneration control strategy of diesel catalytic particle traps was designed,and the temperature of the intake air of particulate filters was increased by injecting oil into the DOC,which assisted the regeneration of particulate filters;(3)The working principle and working characteristics of Diesel Oxidation Catalyst were studied,and the experiment of DOC ignition temperature and temperature rise characteristic was carried out to obtain the change of DOC downstream exhaust temperature under different fuel injection quantities curve.(4)Simulated calculation of the soot loading and regeneration process by software 3D model of diesel particulate filter,and compared the result of engine bench test,analyzed the effectiveness of simulation calculation,and studied the operating characteristics of diesel particulate filter.In this paper,the after-treatment system designed in this paper,real-car road validation,in the actual vehicle operation process of post-processing system work performance and practicality.The results show that the DOC will reach the ignition state when the engine exhaust temperature is around 220 ?,and the exhaust temperature of the DOC back-end will increase firstly and then descend slowly after the injection,finally smoothly.The after-treatment system performs free-acceleration smoke measurement before and after installation on the vehicle,and the particulate matter is reduced by 90% or more,and can be regenerated under appropriate conditions.
