The city has entered a period of high intensity development,with the continuous progress of urbanization.The development of underground space resources and the need for land under the ground has become a means of solving urban diseases in countries around the world.Considering the urban underground space resource is the new type of land and resources of the 21 st century is not visible,and it is difficult to restore once development,before its development,clear property rights,clear property rights boundary,undoubtedly have important practical significance.Therefore,based on the theory of land property right,this paper studies the relationship between land use efficiency and land property right at home and abroad: reasonable,forward-looking and practical ownership division scheme is the basis and premise of the scientific management of land resources.Similarly,the underground space resources,as a new form of urban land development and utilization,naturally conform to the basic laws of general land use.From this point of view,this paper starts from the analysis of underground space resources in their own property,taking into account the response relationship between geological mass carrying capacity and urban surface land use,the paper defines the property right boundary of underground space resources,and puts forward a method of dividing urban underground space resource property right.Therefore,there are three main research contents in this paper.(1)Taking into account the use of underground space resources,first of all depends on the geological characteristics of the strata,structures,lithology,etc.of the city in which they are located,the paper puts forward the method of determining the optimal model of the utilization range of urban underground space resources: "three-dimensional modeling of geological bodies-land surface type and intensity analysis-combined evaluation of ground and underground",on this basis,according to the principle of maximizing the efficiency of urban land utilization,this paper puts forward the plan of property rights division of underground space resources which can guarantee the healthy development of urban land surface.(2)Taking into account the existing land property right demarcation is serving the two-dimensional land registration requirements,lack of intuitive expression of 3D stereo after the development of the land property right,the paper introduces Surpac modeling method,the quantitative expression of three-dimensional distribution of underground space resources,provide a model for the division of property rights.(3)Introducing FLAC3 D model,taking the five ring areas of Beijing as the object,and using the method of finite element simulation,this paper puts forward the specific process of the property right division of the exploitation and utilization of the underground space resources.The paper considers that the foundation of defining the property right scope of urban underground space resources is to establish the true 3D geological model of the study area.The model can not only express the underground resources of the city directly,but also provide the research foundation for the influence of the underground space resources that can be used to determine the building intensity of the existing surface.On this basis,using FLAC3 D numerical simulation technology,can property of underground space resource quantitative classification schemes for obtaining underground and ground of unity,in order to provide services for the effective management of city land property right stereo.
