The vibration of the engine assembly is one of the main sources of main vibration noise,which affects the NVH level of the vehicle and the driving experience of the passengers.Its vibration excitation force through the engine mount element transfers to the frame or the vehicle body,causing the vehicle vibration,the vehicle’s NVH level greatly reduced.So how to reduce the transmission of the vibration of engine assembly to the body,improve vehicle NVH performance,improve the life of auto parts become the main concerns of automobile manufacturers.In this paper,the optimal design of the engine mount system of a light truck is studied.Specific work from the following aspects.1、The effect of different arrangement on the vibration isolation performance of mount system is studied,The engine excitation form and source are analyzed,Simplify modeling of engine mount systems,and study the vibration decoupling theory and vibration isolation principle of the mount system。2、The initial parameters(inertial parameters,dynamic and static stiffness,etc.)of the engine mount system were measured and the six-degree-of-freedom dynamic model and mathematical model of the engine mount system were established in ADAMS and MATLAB respectively.the vibration response of the mount system under different working conditions is analyzed.3、Considering the energy decoupling design and the minimum system vibration transmission rate,the NSGA-II multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to optimize the design of the mount system,and the optimization results are analyzed by MCS(Monte Carlo simulation).Considering the influence of the mount element parameters,the robust optimal design of the engine mount system based on 6 Sigma design method is carried out on the basis of deterministic optimization design.4、According to the results of robust optimization design,the interior noise test and the vibration isolation test are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method...
