Discrete Job-shop Scheduling Method And Its System Development

This paper mainly studies the shop scheduling problem of single-piece and small-batch production mode of discrete manufacturing,and establishs the scheduling model of dynamic job shop with the minimum number of delay and the minimum completion time,and give a common exception handling process.On the basis of the model,combined with the actual needs of enterprises,this paper analysises,designs and develops the job shop scheduling system used in discrete manufacturing enterprises.The main work is as following:Firstly,it introduces the development of manufacturing information,the current situation of MES development,the current situation of domestic and foreign theoretical research of the job shop scheduling,and summarizes the research status and research trend of the job shop scheduling,and lack of research.Secondly,according to the actual situation of enterprises,this paper analyzes the production status and characteristics of discrete manufacturing industry,gives the concept of production scheduling,expatiates the common job shop scheduling model and common scheduling algorithm,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.Thirdly,according to the production characteristics of small batch production in discrete manufacturing industry,a dynamic job shop scheduling model based on with the minimum number of delay and the minimum completion time is proposed.Through the man-machine coordination scheduling mechanism,it can effectively deal with the abnormal situation of the workshop,and re-scheduling.The scheduling algorithm is designed and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by an example.Finally,according to the actual and production characteristics of the enterprise,this paper expounds the business process of a military enterprise from the order to the production of the product,analyzes the functional requirements of the shop scheduling system,and designs the system architecture and function structure of the system.By the use of Oracle,Java and other technologies,this paper develops the discrete manufacturing production scheduling system.Through the actual operation of the system,the feasibility of its design ideas and its effectiveness of the workshop management is verified.
