Three-phase AC asynchronous motor is the most important drag equipment part for industrial and agricultural area,because of its simple structure,easy maintenance it has been widely used.With the needs of industrial and agricultural production growing,the AC motor is not limited to a simple constant speed control.A lot of equipment needs to be adjusted to different speed for the changed working environment.In this time the motor of AC inverter technology is one of the major important approaches for increasing product quality,improving environment and promoting technological progress since it could make motor energy-saving and improving technology process.This paper mainly discusses the design for frequency inverter applying with small power asynchronous motor drive and the solution for application and site problems.Combining with the practical problems of operation,the paper has deeply research and experimentation.Then the main purpose of the paper is to analysis the impact from the higher harmonic which is caused by frequency inverter working for the terminal device and to propose appropriate solutions.In the first place,this paper introduces the basic theory and techniques of AC motor and frequency control technology and summarize the development and application of these two aspects.In the next place,the paper deeply analyzes the system affect from the frequency control,focuses on higher harmonics causes and their impact.Finally according to the small power asynchronous motor's characteristics and working environment,the paper presents to use the inverter control circuit and regular the user specifications to avoid the interference with peripheral equipment generated.At this moment,the approach has become a standardized method and is using for many projects.In those projects,the motor and frequency inverter are running in good condition.With the rapid development of automation in agricultural production and industrial area,the frequency inverter used in harsh working environments is increasing.Through analyzing the existing problems of the inverter,the paper puts forward practical measures to solve these problems.Only fully grasping the characteristics of the inverter,paying attention to the frequency inverter application searching,ensuring the inverter control system be an efficient,simple peripheral circuit,those will give reliable,stable and safe to play its performance,achieve speed run,the purpose of saving energy and reducing maintenance costs.
