Based on the development and application of the salvage ship simulator,the thesis focuses on the establishment and computation of vessel mathematical maneuvering motion model.Firstly,a 3-DOF model is established.Secondly,calculated the hydrodynamic coefficients of the model by commercial CFD software Fluent.Finally,using Matlab to compile m file to solve the model,then results were compared and analysed.In the case of establishing the horizontal model,using Taylor formula for a first-order linear model with integrated method,wholly considering the hydrodynamic on the vessel hull,propeller and rudder to simplify the interference between each other.Then response model which reflect the relationship between yawing velocity and steering angle of vessel is deduced.In the case of hydrodynamic calculation,use the method of planar motion mechanism test.Firstly,verify the correctness of the calculation method through simple geometry additional mass computation.Then calculate 8 hydrodynamic coefficient related to ship motion with three degrees of freedom of "Yukun" under hydrostatic condition,and deeply analyse the factors that influence the computation results.In order to achieve the purpose of motion simulation,using Matlab to compile m file with Runge-Kutta method to solve both two models.Contrast the simulation results with the test data of "Yukun",the turning radius and the turning angular velocity are consistent.The result indicate that the mathematical model established in this paper can be used to predict and simulate the ship’s trajectory,and compare with traditional calculation method,calculation method based on CFD shows the advantages of accurate and convenient,and it has good adaptability to ship motion simulation.
