At present,the national economy has made great progress,the progress of the power grid construction is China large capacity,ultra high voltage,the detection device of power system in the increasingly high demand,can not overcome the shortcomings of the conventional electromagnetic transformer,has been unable to meet on large capacity high current detection requirements for electric power industry development and synchronization need to develop new sensor.At present the electronic transformer in the detection accuracy and improve a lot,and the detection range of the high current width,low cost,small volume,improves the anti-interference performance of the advantages,to achieve a comprehensive upgrade,it is the inevitable trend of development.Firstly,the research background and significance are discussed,this paper discussed the present situation of electronic current transformer,the working principle of electronic transformer are studied,including the measurement principle of circular and square frame section current transformer are described from the theory,two different working conditions of current transformer comparing the.The main factors affecting the measurement results are analyzed,including the number of turns,the diameter of the wire,the cross section of the skeleton and the length of the skeleton,etc.through the simulation and analysis,the design parameters are optimized,and the optimal design parameters are obtained.Secondly,this paper optimizes the design process of the current transformer,including the design principles,structural design,design parameters,material selection,the error in the design process of the transformer are analyzed.This experiment included three different frame section of current transformer test equipment including impulse current test instrument,current transformer,high precision oscilloscope,the main purpose of this paper is through the signal acquisition and dataacquisition from the oscilloscope,using MATLAB software for data comparison,analysis of measurement results of three kinds of skeleton section of transformer the analysis of transformer linearity fitting and sensitivity analysis of measurement results,comparing the three kinds of transformer,select the optimal design scheme.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects,the problems in the work are described,and puts forward the solution to the problems in the work.
