Solar energy is the most important basic energy in all kinds of renewable energy.Over 20 years,solar energy utilization technology in research and development,commercial production,market development has gained considerable development,becomes one of the world's rapid and stable development of emerging industries.This paper starts from polycrystalline silicon sheet surface acid etching cashmere,silicon nitride multilayer antireflection film and new printing process,designs a series of experiments to improve the conversion efficiency of solar cells.First of all,the research on the surface etching of polycrystalline silicon solar cell was carried out,which studies on using hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid corrosion of the isotropic polycrystalline silicon surface,and preparation of inverted Pyramid suede.Mixture ratio(including the ratio of additives),operation time,temperature,surface condition of polysilicon,the uniformity of mixture concentration distribution,both the reflectivity of suede has great influence on final conversion efficiency.The use of additives can greatly reduce the reflectivity,which enhances the conversion efficiency over 0.1%.Secondly,the multilayer antireflection silicon nitride film based on PECVD(plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition)system was studied.Monolayer and multilayer silicon nitride films were grown on P type polysilicon substrates by controlling the flow rate of silane and ammonia gas.How to control the flow of silane and ammonia and the control of gas path system becomes the difficulty of this research and development.By properly decreasing the intima thickness,increasing the refractive index of the inner membrane,increasing the thickness of the outer membrane,and improving the refractive index of the outer membrane,the opening voltage and the current can be increased,the conversion efficiency can be increased by over 0.1%.Finally,some new printing technologies such as dense micro grid pattern,low resistance plastic silver paste,new printing technology and materials were studied.Based on the production process of the existing battery sheet,by adjusting the diffusion square resistance,using different processes to improve the value of square resistance,and changing printing methods,printing patterns,printing materials,adjusting printing speed,grid height and other parameters,to improve battery efficiency,save silver slurry dosage.Optimization of printing parameters and machine parts of the new mesh netting version of the conversion efficiency has been improved.
