| At present,the traditional villages face the rapid decline in the embarrassment,coupled with the protection and development planning results and the implementation results of traditional villages are not ideal,making its protection and development of urgent.In recent years,Guangxi has begun to pay more attention to the protection and development of traditional villages,and it announced the first batch of district-level traditional villages directory in 2015.The paper is based on the background of the rapid demise of traditional villages and the rise of protection action,and it has important significance on the promotion of the protection and development process of traditional villages in Guangxi.This paper takes traditional village of Yulin as the research object,through on-the-spot investigation,sub-elements and the sub-counties analyzed characteristics of traditional villages of Yulin,summed up the village itself,the protection and development subject’s attitude,the protection and development planning compilation and the protection and development funds and other aspects of the problem.On the basis of the above,combined with relevant theories and case studies at home and abroad,this paper puts forward six planning principles,such as integrity,authenticity,local character,public participation,sustainable development and regional development,and builds a protection and development planning system from the traditional village value confirmation,the declaration and the approval to the protection and development subject,the protection and development planning compilation as well as the sources of funds,and comes up with planning methods,such as information collection and recording,expanding the understanding of the value of traditional villages,the overall protection of the traditional village pattern,classification protection of traditional buildings,diversified protection of intangible cultural heritage,the future industry development guide of traditional Villages,the improvement of the living environment,and poverty alleviation combined to broaden the sources of funds.Finally,a case study of Gaoshan village is conducted to examine the rationality and feasibility of the protection and development planning system and method. |
