The ARJ21 project is the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China's regional aircraft project, with independent intellectual property rights of theturbofan regional jet firstlyof China. at present, the finished parts number on ARJ21-700 nearly a hundred species, from the implementation of the flight control, ground control tower, communication, fire protection system, hydraulic system and other functions, DME-4000 rangefinder as the Collins Companies (Collins) advanced products, has become the rangefinder regional aircraft ARJ21-700.As eye of ARJ21-700, DME-4000 has a lot of functions, such as communication, location.Because domestic products detection technology blank, so this paper mainly tests the the rangefinder presents a design scheme:the establishment of a rangefinder test platform,communication and ranging machine DME,simulating actual ARJ flight, the Ranger asked, a transceiver signal reception, signal processing in frequencysimulation in the singnal and measuring equipment (oscilloscope in electricity, power meter, frequency meter etc.)for recording and data processing, with the CMM manual (component maintenance manual) comparative analysis of value theory, assessed in accordance with the performance of aviation standards for DME.In the DME test platform development process, technical parameters ofdecomposition, is mainly responsible for the DME ranging machine equipment selection and cooperation to complete the installation and debugging of DME test, test equipment is convenientfor testing and selecting the suitable, and with the completion of the final commiss and acceptance of the relevant project.
