| In recent years,natural gas as a clean and efficient energy along with the adjustment of the energy structure in China.It caused more and more people’s attention.According to the characteristics of natural gas,pipeline as an important means of transport,its security is also more and more get the attention of people.In a period of accelerated development of urbanization,urban underground natural gas pipeline network as an important component of our country rapid development.Due to the complex underground environment and the gas leak is not intuitive,with a strong concealment.The leaking is a big potential safety hazard.Therefore,the study of urban underground natural gas pipeline network monitoring system to discover natural gas pipeline leak in time,minimize the loss of personnel and property,for the realization of the wisdom of the city has far-reaching significance.In this paper,the background and significance of the study on the underground natural gas pipeline network monitoring system are studied deeply.Based on the detailed analysis of the domestic and international development status,the underground natural gas pipeline network monitoring system is designed.According to the design requirements of the system through the installation of the sensor in the pipeline acoustic emission signal acquisition,through the underground communication substation processing,transmission to the CAN bus network.And then by the CAN bus network monitoring station using industrial Ethernet and the host computer for long-distance information transmission,the host computer will collect the signal analysis to determine whether the leakage occurred,thus completing the city underground natural gas pipeline network system for real-time monitoring.The hierarchical structure of processing part of the system used in the system,including sensor data acquisition module,underground communication substationmodule and CAN to Ethernet module.Sensor data acquisition module mainly through sensors to obtain the signal,completed the field signal is amplified first,then filtering and other processing,so it is easy to digital to analog conversion.Underground substation module STM32 microprocessor as the main controller,mainly for data storage and pretreatment,that is,the sensor signal encoding and time information forwarding,the underground gas pipeline signal transmission to the CAN network.CAN to Ethernet module mainly by the underground communication sub-station composed of CAN bus network mode to the Ethernet communication mode conversion,the completion of long-distance transmission.After a large number of experimental tests,system communication part achieves the expected research requirements,with good stability and real-time. |
