An electro hydraulic circulating centrifugal pump for my defense a special electric power equipment,the use of harsh environment,resistant to corrosion,small volume,light weight,high speed.After 10 years of development developed,we solve the design in a series of difficulties and key technology,successfully developed to meet a special power device technical requirements of electric liquid circulation centrifugal pump.Its development development to expand the series and diversification of the China's national defense of a special power device and strengthen China's national defense construction has important significance.In this paper,the development of Q3.6H20,specific to do the following work:1.By using the similar principle of electro-hydraulic circulation centrifugal pump for hydraulic calculation and analysis,choose appropriate hydraulic parameters and structural dimensions,pump operation,area falls within a wide range of flow rate,even if pump Q-H curve downward trend is more gentle.2.The hydraulics analysis calculation based on the advanced calculation and plotting methods of pump over-current components(impeller,volute,etc.)to draw type.The results meet the requirements of the above hydraulics.The impeller shaft plane projection drawing impeller(before,cover plate line,channel midline,middle streamline etc.)drawing and inspection.3.Pressure analysis.The geometric parameters of the water chamber(scroll)structure on the performance of the pump,choose appropriate parameters pressure water chamber(scroll)the design and calculation,and the advanced rendering method for completion of the pressure water chamber(scroll)over water section and a diffuser tube drawing.4.on the basis of the above research content,using PRO-Ewildfire and other three-dimensional drawing software to draw the flow of the pump parts(impeller,spiral case,etc.)three-dimensional drawing.5.Q3.6H20 electric liquid circulation pump plus entity,on the real pump of hydraulic performance test.Pump performance curve(Q-H flow lift curve drawing,Q n(flow-the power curve,q-eta(flow)efficiency curve),analysis of the test results,judge pump performance is to meet the aforementioned "make pump running,district fell on a wide range of flow requirements,and according to the test data results to pump a further development to provide direction for improvement.
