Recent years,the application of Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM)in China is more and more extensive,our country has already changed from the importing country to the exporting country.However,due to the complex geological conditions in the tunnel,it may occur more and more water inrush and other geological disasters,not only delay time limit for a project,but also cause huge direct and indirect economic losses,even casualties.Although a variety of advanced geological prediction technology applied to TBM,the domestic and foreign advanced geological prediction technology also have different levels of development in recent years,but it is not effective,so the development of an effective instrument for geological prediction ahead of aquifer is imminent.Based on the theory research of frequency domain induced polarization method and the existing method for numerical simulation of the structure and function of frequency domain IP electrical instrument characteristics,modeling based on the tunnel construction site environment,combined with the numerical simulation is carried out by scanning method,the numerical simulation results based on the proposed design principles and parameters of tunnel geological prediction and device the system,based on the research and design based on frequency domain induced polarization of excitation scanning tunnel geological prediction device and system polarization method.This paper first introduces the domestic and foreign about the geological prediction method,electrical instrument and numerical simulation to study the status quo,design scheme of tunnel geological prediction device and system structure and function;a detailed explanation of the concept and principle of the frequency domain IP method,the stage Inversion Numerical Simulation Research on the theory and method of demonstration and lay the foundation for the theory and method of system design;then from two aspects of hardware and software,the signal transmitter,receiver,signal amplification device,denoising hardware etc.and real-time data communication,signal transmission,signal acquisition,USB transmission,signal processing and wavelet transfer software etc.further research,ensure the stability and prediction of device andsystem security and accuracy;finally the tunnel geological prediction device and system multi platform and multi environment model tests are carried out,the data are measured and the potential cloud images are obtained from 2D and 3D inversion.The validity of the prediction device and system is verified by the analysis of the test results.
