Fan motor manufacturing is a labor-intensive industry,which its assembly process accounts for about 40% of the entire production process,and the assembly quality directly affects the performance of the motor.Therefore,the automatic assembly process of the fan motor is studied firstly in this thesis.Secondly,the automatic assembly production line layout is carried out.Then,the automatic assembly production line of a certain type of fan motor is designed.Finally,some of the key position of this production line are researched.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Proposing a set layout for automatic assembly production line by knowing traditional motor assembly process and looking over relevant materials.Not only doing quantitative control for the production management,but also improving the assembly quality and efficiency,and increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise.2.First,developed an equipment for press-fit rotor and bearing,second,getted the force-displacement curve of nonlinear contact analysis based on FEA.Get the fitting press-fit force for press-fit device by analysising the coefficient of friction,the contact area,shape error of influence the press-fit factors,which provided the basis of selection for an electric servo pressing machine.3.First,design an electromagnetic induction equipment,completing stator and frame assembly of interference.Simulation the heating of thermal and stress expansion deformation by the FEA electromagnetic field-temperature field-structure coupling analysis,provided theoretical basis for the production of linear.4.Analyzing to geometric error of the campaign components of the move-manipulator and settingt up error model of press-fit both front cover and component.Providing a theoretical basis for selection and installation of the move-manipulator rail slider and photoelectric sensor through analyzing to sensitivity of the parameters of error model and design optimization of accuracy to press-fit station by GA.Assembly automation is an important symbol,assembly automation,flexible automation of the overall production process will be the next strategic target.Through the development of motor auto assembly line,which improving labor productivity and ensuring product quality,not only greatly reduced the working hours of workers,but also bring considerable economic benefits to manufacturers.
