With the fast development of green energy resource,the development of electric vehicles is becoming faster and faster.Carrying car charger will become necessary the electric vehicle charging equipment for each ordinary family because of its convenient.Therefore,to develop high efficiency,miniaturization,light weight,portable charger for high reliability and high power density is very significant.This design adopts two grade structure: the first stage is the interleaved Boost PFC rectifier structure,which can reduce the power density increases exponentially in the power level condition,reduce the input and output current ripple,and can reduce the design difficulty of output filter;transform LLC resonant full bridge using cascade can achieve full load range in the power switch ZVS,and can realize the ZCS rectifier diode side,improve the efficiency,but also can realize the wide range of output.This paper explains in detail the previous stage of the staggered parallel PFC Boost rectifier technology.The influence of the working principle and working condition and the interleaving technique of the circuit is analyzed in detail;and the interleaved circuit small signal analysis,and analysis of the model,finally verified the rationality analysis.This paper also focuses on the design of the DC-DC after the use of the full bridge LLC resonant converter,and the full bridge LLC resonant converter principle and the working status of a detailed analysis of the study.The steady state characteristics of the PFM modulation are also analyzed.The parameters of the full bridge LLC resonant converter are designed by the fundamental wave analysis method,and the simulation results are verified by the simulation and experiment.Then,the hardware circuit design of each part of the system is carried out,and the experimental verification analysis is carried out on each part.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the design,a 3kW machine experimental prototype is made to conduct an experiment.Later on,the whole work state of the machine is analyzed,tested and analyzed for each performance.It is verified that its efficiency and work performance has been greatly improved.
