At present,the steel structure is widely used at home and abroad.When the structure is used for a certain number of years,it is affected by various factors,and the structure has different types of damage,which leads to the decrease of the bearing capacity of the structure.The stability of existing steel frame structures under static load is studied,which provides theoretical and experimental basis for the safety evaluation of existing steel frame structures.This paper has studied the stability of the steel frame structure of injury,to study the static structure under different damage conditions for the instability of bearing capacity and failure form.To analysis the establishment of existing steel frame structure model in different degree of damage by finite element analysis software SAP2000,and the static stability analysis.The bearing capacity of steel frame structure with different degrees of damage is studied by static test.Through the comparative analysis of the theoretical and experimental results,provide the basis for the project application.The establishment of a steel frame structure model according to the actual structure,static performance of structure under 6 kinds of conditions and different damage conditions.Buckling analysis of the structure by using finite element analysis software to obtain the structure of load bearing capacity and displacement curve structure.According to the similarity theory,the design of the frame structure test model,geometric dimensions of the scale according to the original structure of the proportion of 1:25.According to the damage degree,5 specimens under different damage conditions were designed and manufactured.The static load test was carried out to determine the bearing capacity.The experimental results were analyzed and compared with the theoretical values:(1)The damage of steel frame beam has little influence on the whole stability bearing capacity of the structure.With the deepening of the damage degree of the beam section,the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure decreases,but not significantly.(2)Steel frame column damage on the overall stability of the structure bearing capacity significantly.With the deepening of column section structure damage,sharply reduce the bearing capacity of the structure limit.So attention should be paid to the frame column in the presence of damage in engineering,especially in the frame column is seriously damaged,should be applied to the stability analysis of the structural damage.To determine the actual bearing capacity,and the reinforcement reaches a predetermined capacity,in order to ensure the normal use of the structure.
