In recent years,the tall building with podium layer is more and more widely used.Large chassis high-rise buildings can effectively solve the problem of land tension in densely populated areas,and meet the requirements of people's life,entertainment and work.But with the podium floors of high-rise buildings belong to vertical into buildings,structure vertical close to the induced stiffness mutation,which is extremely unfavorable to the seismic behavior of structures.In addition,in order to meet the building facade and use requirements,large chassis high-rise buildings tend to do not have a seam,which often leads to the generation of the tower offset problem.The offset of the tower increases the torsional effect of the structure under earthquake,which is greatly reduced the seismic performance of the structure.At present,the research of the large chassis high-rise building is mostly focused on the seismic analysis of a building,the conclusion can not be used as the general character of this kind of structure,and can not be applied to the guidance of the seismic design of buildings yet.So it is necessary to study the seismic behavior of this kind of structure,find out the general characteristics of the seismic response of such structures under earthquake action,which can provide theoretical basis for architectural design.For that reason,this paper mainly done the following aspects of research and analysis:(1)Using PKPM software to analyse seismic performance of frame structure with podium layer.Differentiately changing the skirt layers of the structure and the bias degree of the tower,analyse the multi group model which the formation of the response spectrum,the changes of each model are compared in the following aspects,such as the periodic,inter layer displacement,inter layer displacement,inter layer shear force and internal force of some members.Find out the structure of the weak layer,analyse the influence on structural seismic performance of changes of the tower Bias and Skirt layers,analyse the representative model under multi-earthquake with the elastic time history analysis.By means of elastic time history analysis and response spectrum analysis,it is pointed out that the time history analysis of such structures is necessary.(2)Using PKPM software to analyse seismic performance of Frame shear wall structure with podium layer.Differentiately changing the skirt layers of the structure and the bias degree of the tower,analyse the multi group model which the formation of the response spectrum,the changes of each model are compared in the following aspects,such as the periodic,inter layer displacement,inter layer displacement,inter layer shear force and internal force of some members.Find out the structure of the weak layer,analyse the influence on structural seismic performance of changes of the tower Bias and Skirt layers.At the same time,the elastic time history analysis of a representative model is also carried out.(3)The analysis of the static elastic-plastic analysis and dynamic elastic plastic time history analysis of the representative model under rare earthquake action are carried out.Get the structural performance points,verify whether the results meet the requirements of the seismic performance of the "big earthquake",get the elastic-plastic response index of the structure under large earthquake,and the distribution and development of plastic hinge points out the weak parts of the structure,which can provide a reference for the design of such rare structures under earthquakes.
