With the development of automobile technology,driving safety and ride comfort requirements of people on the car increasing,which requires us to consider more factors of human body in the general arrangement design,in the cold northern winter,the temperature is very low,such as Heilongjiang Heihe region temperatures down to minus 40 degrees,with the influence of environment temperature in the car as well as the impact of outdoor air flow,icing phenomenon are often prone to arise inside the window glass,window glass blurs driving vision affecting the driving safety.This article takes a mini truck as an example,using numerical simulation method to optimize the structure of the inner part of the pipe.Automobile air conditioner defrosting is based on the principle of air outlet for air inlet,hot air flow from the defrosting duct inside the outflow,through the grille on the dashboard,wind blowing over the inner surface of the glass window,the formation of laminar flow in the inner surface of the glass window,produced heat convection on the ice,the ice melting.The truck body,the instrument panel(including defrosting duct)and the windscreen build the simplified model through the defrosting duct from the air distribution,air defrosting outlet shape and defrosting grille of the blowing direction to improve defrosting effect.By using the numerical simulation method to study defrosting hot airflow distribution,defrosting cloud distribution and characteristics between heat flow and heat transfer of the windscreen.The research found that there is a certain overlap between the range of the frost region and the area of the rain wiper,and the rain wiper can be used as a supplementary mean of the cream removing.By adjusting the deflector angle,the length of the size,location,number and defrosting outlet cross-sectional area of the defrosting performance,first establish the most ideal structure model through the steady-state model analysis,then based on the data steady-state model for the transient analysis,input instantaneous physical environment parameters,analysis defrosting performance of the steady state model.As one of the important means of CFD analysis method,the results of the star ccm+ software study show that based on the analysis of the simplified model in addition to frost,can direct the defrosting duct inside the window glass,the inside of the velocity field and the defrosting images show on the velocity field distribution and image analysis,to optimize the design of air duct the guidance,through the defrosting duct of the internal structure adjustment to get the most ideal model in cream.Using CFD analysis method to guide the design in structure frost duct,improve the defrosting performance of air conditioning,but also shorten our entire product development cycle,avoiding the risk of problems in the product design,reducing production risks,avoiding the waste of resources in manufacturing process.
