With the rapid development of social economy in our country,all kinds of buildings spring up,where varieties of flammable objects abound.Especially in super high-rise and high-rise buildings,due to its high floors,large space span and complex functions,once the fire,it is difficult to put out the fire,which will cause heavy losses and disastrous consequences.In addition,according to the investigation at present in our country the highest fire climbing car can only reach 101 meters,for those who reach hundreds of meters of ultra high rise buildings are often powerless.We have to make use of the indoor fire facilities to put out the fire.As the key equipment of fire fighting facilities,water supply devices of fire control play an important role in the whole process of fire fighting.Although the fire belongs to a small probability event,in the event of a fire,the fire pump must put 100% into use,like the old saying “Training an army for a thousand days to be used for just one hour”.And in 2002,the Ministry of Public Security issued the industry of mandatory standards for the "GA30.2-2002 fixed fire water supply equipment performance requirements and test methods",which clearly stipulates that the fire control facilities in non operation state of the equipment should carry the inspection function.It is necessary to design the automatic tour inspection system for fire control.Traditional fire inspection has three methods,namely,manual inspection,power frequency automatic inspection and low frequency automatic inspection.Because manual inspection need to spend a lot of manpower and material resources,and owing to people's psychological burnout,after a long time,manual inspection will inevitably become a form of useless.The power frequency automatic inspection and low frequency automatic inspection each have their own advantages and disadvantages,usually the inspection system will choose one of the design and construction.In this paper,the automatic tour inspection system for fire control will combine the advantages of both,with PLC as a control core,combined with frequency conversion timing and sensor,fire linkage alarm control and fault diagnosis for the design and research.In this paper,the design of the program will select SIMATIC S7-300 Series,whose common model is 315-2DP,and SIMATIC Micro Master430,which is a special type of fan pump frequency converter.Upper computer selects Advantech IPC IP610,configuration software chooses SIMATIC WinCC,which monitors the state of fire pump inspection status,displays fault alarms and historical data curves.And connecting MATLAB with the powerful computing ability by OPC,the system can carry out the data process and fault analysis based on fuzzy neural fault diagnosis expert system.This paper will also briefly introduce the design of fire power.Fire power should be independent of the daily distributions,and should be based on at least two independent sources of power distributions,and be switched at the power supply end.Our country's fire safety guidelines are "giving priority to prevention,combining prevention with elimination".In this paper,the automatic inspection system for fire control in the early stage of fire hazards nips fire in the bud,as far as possible to ensure the security of modern buildings and the people's life and property.This system provides a kind of intelligent,automatic and simple solution for the daily maintenance and monitoring of fire fighting facilities,which ensures fire fighting facilities put 100% into use and put out the fire.
