| Ship as the main transportation,plays an important role in the process on marine transportation in our country’s trade,ocean development and defend national sea power.Ship shaft system is an important part of the ship.the stern bearing is its key components.So studying the different mechanical properties of cavity of dynamic and static pressure of ship stern bearing is the very vital significant based on the finite element method.In this paper,different cavity structure of ship stern bearing has been carried on the detailed finite element static analysis;The performance of the ship stern bearing statics has been mainly studied on cavity type,the size of the cavity,inlet and outlet of the hole diameter,bearing material and thickness,including stress,elastic strain and displacement of the concrete analysis.1)Establishing different cavity type ship stern bearing corresponding model.In a rectangular cavity,elliptic cavity,the fan cavity of ship stern bearing as the research object,using the Workbench software for finite element structural statics analysis.A preliminary analysis of the three different forms of cavity structure on the influence law of stern bearing stress and elastic strain and displacement has been carried out,and the optimization of ship stern bearing of the rectangular cavity has been selected.Basis on of the rectangular cavity of ship stern bearing,analyzing the rectangular cavity structure size and the effect on the mechanical properties of stern bearings in and out of the holes by the finite element simulation method.2)Considering low bearing capacity,the new stile cavity ship stern bearing has been designed.Studying performance of the ladder cavity of ship stern bearing stress,strain and displacement.Analyzing the mechanical behavior of stern bearing bushing on different cavity dimension(cavity length and cavity number,Angle of cavity and cavity depth),different in and out of the hole diameter,bearing material and different thickness.3)Designing cavity structure in the stern bearing internal,basis on the existing screw groove structure,and expounding the working principle of spiral cavity of dynamic and static pressure stern bearing.The different spiral Angle,spiral cavity dimensions and spiral cavity in and out of the hole diameter has carried on the finite element static analysis.4)To solve the problems during the surface damage of bearing,using ANSYS Workbench software to analyze mechanical properties on three different shapes of surface pit and pits of three different shapes under different diameter. |
