In recent years, because of its clean and pollution-free characteristics, photovoltaic industry gets the great support from the national policy. New energy and energy conservation and environmental protection industry was listed as one of the ten major projects. So PV capacity will grow rapidly in the coming years. Analysis of the economy, grid connected scheme and factors affecting the photovoltaic power generation is practical.In this paper, the basic structure of Zibo power grid and the four load distribution in the area of Zibo city are studied, including the four types of power supply area, substation and the current situation of transmission line construction. we get the necessity of building photovoltaic power station in Zibo is obtained. Secondly, the distribution of solar energy resources, climatic and geological conditions are studied, the feasibility of the construction of photovoltaic power plants in Zibo city was analyzed. According to the construction mode, grid connected policy and the return cycle, we come to the conclusion that photovoltaic power generation in Zibo is economical. In the grid connection, the principle of selecting the main equipment is analyzed, and a typical grid connected scheme is given. Finally, the paper is summarized, and future work is discussed from the theoretical analysis and practical application.In order to make the analysis data and conclusions more accurate, three methods have been used in this paper. The first is combining software simulation with actual measurement in the analysis of solar radiation. Compared the MeteoNom 7.1 and NASA software data with the results of actual measurement in Zibo weather station. The second is building the PV system comprehensive efficiency(?), calculated the PV panels conversion efficiency, DC transmission efficiency and AC grid connected efficiency according to the measured values of the photovoltaic power station. Makes the power production forecast more accurate. Thirdly it analyzes the South and North topography difference, Urban and Rural construction difference, characteristics of agriculture and fishery industry, to make the analysis of photovoltaic power station construction model more targeted.The significance of this paper is to analysis the light, climate, Topographical condition in Zibo city for the first time. The feasibility and economy of the construction of photovoltaic power plants in Zibo city have been specified, according to city's developing planning and national industrial policy. This article also hopes to provide reference and guidance for the construction of photovoltaic power station in Zibo city in the future.
