Energy consumption and economic development, adjusting the various sectors of production and technological progress and enhance the level of urbanization are the inseparable relationship. Pump is a very common power equipment of many the company. However, due to the design principles of the old system and changes in operating conditions and so on which caused the pump actually running low efficiency, high energy consumption.In order to enhance the efficiency of such pumps, reduce energy consumption, to achieve energy-saving purposes, the class of pump energy efficiency improvements and transformation has very important practical significance.In order to clear the energy-body systems and energy saving of the centrifugal pump energy-saving, introduce the basic structure and the centrifugal pump energy-saving method of centrifugal pumps at home and abroad.It focuses on the pump operating efficiency to enhance the transformation of several methods and techniques, there are cutting impeller, frequency of electric motor transformation and the transformation of three-dimensional flow theory. How does this through three power-saving technology, and comparison of actual operational methods, especially for advanced technology-the design and computing model three-dimensional flow model based on the theory of "jet a track" model are described. Combined with the actual business, the paper select an advanced, easy to implement, to meet the three-dimensional flow theory and the conditions of production, "a jet track" model for high-efficiency water pump impeller transformation.Through the pump operating data before and after the transformation of the pump impeller, compared to prove that the use of three-dimensional flow theory, "a track jet" model of energy efficiency feasibility pump transformation, which is used in the production of industrial equipment-to enhance the transformation of the energy efficiency of the pump thinking is a good reference and guidance.
