Experimental Study On Property Of Flexible Formwork

Flexible formwork is a rectangular bag that made of fiber cloth, it's fixed on the roadway by anchor rod and steel mesh in construction,internal fillings for pumping concrete. Flexible formwork is a new kind of concrete formwork, currently mostly used for the field of underground support. Compared with the rigid formwork, flexible formwork have the advantages of variable shape, light weight, simple installation and quicker construction speed,more work space, don't need demoulding. But due to the particularity of the flexible template structure, the product performance and test methods, including mechanics and hydraulics, and so on, has not yet been a system research. The purpose of this research is to provide reliable scientific basis for engineering design, as the site construction to provide more convenient,promote the development of flexible formwork technology through the experimental study.Test and analysis the geotechnical properties of flexible formwork and its connection with the engineering practice, through the contrast test under different conditions, find the suitable test method for flexible formwork,Test method has been through the national mining product safety certification.Combined with engineering practice experience, this paper gives the basic technical requirements of flexible formwork, provide reference for production work.Anysis load test of flexible formwork concrete and normal concrete to find out the Stress strain curve,it shows that the compressive strength of flexible formwork concrete is better than naomal concrete. Study the mechanism of flexible formwork concrete, find the reason of its good performance through theoretically analyze.81113 working face of Shouyang Mine use the Flexible Formwork of Pumped-concret Support in Gob-side Entry Retaining technology, combined with the engineering example, this paper introduces the construction process of flexible formwork.By later in-situ observation,found that the technology has obtained the good effect of field application, is worth promoting.
