| Automatic passing phase splitting device of electric locomotive is an important part to ensure the reliable operation of the locomotive. If it fails, it will pose a direct threat to the safety of the train and the railway. In order to improve the reliability and safety of the phase automatically, this paper uses the automatic passing over of neutral section device as the research object to the design of a perfect, stable performance, high detection efficiency and high detection precision of online automatic detection system. The detection system consists of electric locomotive automatic passing phase detection system of pre research, detection system construction, system hardware and software design and implementation, data processing and fault diagnosis research,detection system debugging and verification.This paper designed a distributed synchronous detection scheme of block control, each module works in cooperation with a due division of labour. The characteristics and performance of the current sensor are studied, the induction coil current sensor is designed, and the performance of the sensor is verified by the experiment. According to the detection system of job characteristics and the characteristics of the system, puts forward the hardware design requirements and performance indicators of the detection system of data acquisition module, completed the data acquisition module of the detection system hardware platform implementation and the underlying driver software design. This paper studied detection system data processing and management method, established the partition table and the secondary transfer technology to improve the data management method, and verified; Study on the technology of fault diagnosis methods and algorithms based on data mining and by MATLAB of the diagnostic method simulated really verify, realized the real-time online detection system to determine the function.Finally, when the hardware and software of the system have been implemented, the function and performance of the on-line detection system of the automatic passing phase of the electric locomotive can be verified through the complete system debugging and testing program. |
