The Attitude Control System, as one of the most important systems of space station, directly determines the implementation of technical criteria for on-orbit space station. Taking the Chinese Space Station as background and aiming at the verifying on ground, this dissertation studies the attitude maneuver path planning,the all-digital simulation(ADS) and the hardware-in-loop simulation of the Attitude Control System. The main achievements obtained are summarized as follows.The attitude maneuver path based on the Adjustable-skew Five-pyramid Type Control Moment Gyroscopes(CMGs) is studied. The model of adjustable-skew five-pyramid type CMGs is established. Basing on the Gauss pseudospectral method, the problem of attitude maneuver path planning is solved. The effects of five skew angles and initial gimbal angles on the minimum attitude maneuver time are studied and simulated demonstrations are carried out. The results show that the time of attitude maneuver is declined largely by optimizing the skew angles and initial gimbal angles.The all-digital simulation of space station attitude control is established, and the feasibility of the planning rusults are studied. The function and performance criteria of the system are proposed, and the operating mode of the actors are defined. The simulation system is implemented under the RT-LAB real-time simulation platform. Through simulation examples, the feasibility of different operating modes of actors is verified. Basing on the planned path, the effects of solar panels' motion, together with the errors of CMGs and sensers, on the rusults are studied.The general scheme of the hardware-in-loop simulation system is proposed. The constitution, function and workflow of the system are introduced, and design of the connector is completed. All the performance criteria of the hardware are proposed. According to the criteria, the designation and selection of all the assemblies are accomplished. The test on momentum wheel, one of the assemblies, is achieved and the results are analyzed.
