Electron linear accelerator(LIANC) is an important componentof free-electron laser terahertz radiation source(THz-FEL). As two subsystems of the LIANC, water-cooling and vacuum systems play significant roles. Based on the initial physical design, the water-cooling system and vacuum system of THz-FEL LINAC are researched in this thesis. The control system of water-cooling is designed, and then, the development and function-extension oftwo systems' remote monitoring application is also completed, which is based on Labwindows/CVI software as developing platform.In this research, based on the preliminary completion of two subsystems' physical design, the related physical analysis and calculation is completed. Combining the knowledge of microwave power loss, ohmic heating power and vacuum system design, main components' heating powerand suction system effective pumping-speed are analyzed. The calculation makes the technical parameters of systems' physical design more perfect.And then, with the water-cooling system technical parameters and structure of water supply machine as basis, the electrical wiring and local PLC-based control is implemented. The constant temperature water cooling machine possesses characteristics of high accuracy, efficiency and miniaturization.The monitoring system of the two subsystems is developed. Firstly, By the aid of serial-to-Ethernet device severs, Internet-based virtual serial port communication between Industrial personal computer(IPC) and controller is constructed. It provides a good solution to the problem that it is difficult to accomplish the integrated management of many different devices in a complex system. And then, regarding LabWindows/CVI software as platform, the monitoring system application is designed. Its functions consist of data acquisition, analysis, recordation, remote controland so on. Finally, with long commissioning experience, function of application program is expanded and optimized.The functions, including automatically system operating parameters integration and data analysis report, are realized.Among distributed independent subsystems, the systems' parameters exchange and centralize-management is realized,which provides technical base for following control system optimization that various functions from distributed subsystems is to be integrated into the total control system.Multi-threaded programming skill is also applied to make application fluent and stable.
