According to the provisions of the international civil aviation organization, each member should conduct a comprehensive assessment of the airport runway every four years, the regulations of CAAC, airport pavement must conduct a comprehensive assessment every five years. For the busy airport, sometimes 2-3years will need to conduct a comprehensive assessment. Airport detection method is the heavy weight deflectometer(HWD) technology for Asphalt runway, there is the disadvantage of the simulation load is far smaller than the actual aircraft total load and the test can only be conducted in conditions that runway is closed. The asphalt runway accounted for more than 60% of the runway.Application of HWD technology to detect so many asphalt runway, need to consume a large amount of time and economic costs.Based on the above reasons, the word is supported by National Natural Science Foundation putting forward Analysis of Displacement Filed of asphalt airport pavement in Conditions of Aircraft Taxing. By considerable finite element simulations, the summary of the impact of each structure layer parameters between the runway and displacement relationship to determine the key parameters. Collecting airport runway‘s data with test instrument in Conditions of Aircraft Taxing to reverse deduction Asphalt layer parameters,and then determining the pavement foundation modulus. Using the empirical formula to determine asphalt pavement bearing capacity PCN. Finally, via C# program, the calculating and analyzing software of the bearing capacity of the lane was finished. The main content is following below:1. Based on finite element software ANSY, establish Initial finite element model based on the elastic layered system, Making sure Soil thickness, the plane load size parameters At the same time, verify the accuracy of the model.2. Through a large amount of calculation, research on pavement surface vertical displacement law, in Conditions of Aircraft Taxing under different structure layer thickness and strength conditions. To determine the key parameters and parameter adjustment sequence to realize the fast fitting of the measured displacement and the theoretical displacement. Toestablish the mathematical model of road surface displacement and other parameters. By using the measured displacement calculating each structure layer of parameters, then get the modulus of elasticity of foundation.3. Based on Visual Studio C# program, The software make the measured data and Finite Element Analysis and PCN calculation together. We could get the PCN of appropriate pavement by the software and make it possible to monitor the runway in real-time.
