China's civil aviation technology has been rapid development, the modem aviation safety is more influenced by the meteorological factors(such as low-level wind shear, etc.), which raise higher requirements to the aviation weather forecasting and warning department.Numerical model forecasts technology is currently an effective method to solve the problem of inadequate meteorological equipment and low prediction accuracy,and provide a strong guarantee for the Air Traffic Control, Operation Control and other office departments. New generation of WRF mesoscale models(research and forecast model) in recent years has been the rapid development and promotion, which has become a regular operation, and an indispensable tool for numerical simulation of scientific research.Examines conditions for complex terrain wind field low-precision small-scale simulation has be done in this paper.
