| With superplasticizer deepening in the field of research and expanding applications found that the raw materials of concrete on the effects of application of superplasticizer performance is very obvious, especially the existance of clay in aggregate. Currently, on systematic researching on rules and mechanism of improving Polycarboxylate superplasticizer anti-clay performance is less, in order to better guide superplasticizer promote, it’s urgent to need a solution to improve Polycarboxylate superplasticizer anticlay performance and a systematic and comprehensive study it’s rules and mechanism.In this study, it is found that montmorillonite has the most serious influence on PCA in the clay minerals of montmorillonite, bentonite, kaolin and sieved soil. In the anti-clay additives inquiry experiments of the common chemicals, experiments on paste, mortar and integrating its impact on the performance of concrete, the best of the organic anion sacrifice additives is sodium sulfanilate; the best of the organic cationic sacrifice additives is tetramethylammonium chloride; the best of the organic neutral sacrifice additives is polyethylene glycol 2000; the best of the inorganic salts additives is sodium metasilicate.The best synthetic ratio of anti-clay polymer was obtained through the orthogonal design experiments, and the order of the magnitude of the effect on the resistance of the chemical substances to the mud performance was found as follows: SMAS > the total amount of initiator > AM. And then,through the single factor optimization experiment, the performance of the prepared anti-clay polymer was further promoted.By the analysis of infrared spectroscopy of anti-clay polymer founds that the amide group is likely to exist therein, and having some functional groups related to superplasticizer,like carboxyl, hydroxyl, C-C etc. Relative molecular mass analysis showed that the synthetic anti-clay polymer havs a smaller molecular weight than the polycarboxylate superplasticizer, approximate molecular mass distribution range should be around 18,000. Moreover, it has a better effect on the actual application when anti-clay polymer with smaller molecular weight, more uniform molecular mass distribution and higher molecular mass polymer on purpose. It was found the anti-clay polymer KN which significantly improves the initial slump and slump through the time of concrete containing a certain amount of clay minerals, and the 7d and 28 d strength also improved, which 7d strength improved more high.From the results of mixed and adaptive research found: When PCA-KN mixed with sodium sulfanilate, etramethylammonium chloride, polyethylene glycol 2000 and sodium metasilicate to achieve the most when good ratio, and four kinds of anti-clay additives is more improving the loss through the time of the compound water reducing agent, less in fluidity; PCA-KN mixed with fly ash, slag and silica fume did not show unsuitability; PCA-KN mixed with standard cement, Lafarge cement PO 42.5R and rich imperial PO 42.5R cement has good compatibility; PCA-KN mixed with AlipHatic superplasticizer, Sulfamic acid salt water reducing agent and napHthalene superplasticizerdoes not show adaptability. |
