The high horse-powered bull-dozers have harsh working environment. Working device is the main carrier in the work process. Good performance of the device has a significant impact on the overall performance of a bull-dozer, therefore, it is necessary to study the working device. Traditional research project is a waste of time and resources. To overcome these shortcomings, we can take the following measures: Firstly, three-dimensional modeling software to create a model of this article.Secondly, the method and dynamics simulation and finite element analysis software combination herein is applied.Finally, a virtual simulation software was established, which can not only reduce the time of the computational analysis on working device and performance analysis functions will also be integrated together, greatly reducing the workload.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:(1) This paper summarizes the significant role in the construction field of High-powered bulldozers, while it made elaborate analysis for the working device development status and trends at home and abroad. The three-dimensional modeling software Pro / E was used to create a working device model, and working for the promotion and roll means a certain amount of theoretical anal ysis.(2) Research on the static calculation of the working device, including: Calculation of cutting resistance when the working device is subjected to resistance, blade lifting force calculation, the key component in the most dangerous working condition, through the analysis of get the corresponding calculation formula. After the statics analysis, the mathematical modeling of working device is established, which lays the foundation for the dynamic simulation.(3) During the working device actual operation, instability, significant changes and the elastic deformation of the component have a great influence on the simulation analysis system, but we can take rigid-flexible coupled analysis to solve this problem. Firstly, the bar model will be flexible by ANSYS software. Secondly, the flexible body bar imported into ADAMS software,and use it to replace the working device’s original bar model, to dynamic simulation analysis of the working device. Finally, the simulation analysis’ s file imported into the ANSYS software, after loading calculation can be observed in the corresponding bar stress changes.(4) The joint finite element analysis software ANSYS and dynamics simulation software ADAMS develop together a set of virtual simulation software on the basis of programming software VC, which is the goal of this paper. In software research and development to solve the key technical problems including: the realization of the function of computing, open and save date, software interface settings, program between calls. In a 410 type bulldozer working device as an example,to verify the practicability of the software and the accuracy.
