| Pre-stress anti-slide pile,as a kind of practical and effective engineering measures has been widely used in the treatment of the geological disasters of Railway, highway, water conservancy, mining and other projects. The internal force distribution of pre-stress anti-slide pile is complex. Prestressed anti-slide pile construction process, using to some special cases failed to one-time pouring pile, pile body concrete part of pile body concrete initial setting, to make the second pouring into a complete pile body, this kind of situation will affect the whole strength of the concrete pile. The degree of influence Is hard to estimate the size, and how to carry out the economic and reasonable remedial measures become a problem to solve.In order to better analysis and use of prestressed anchor cable anti-slide pile, this paper taking Nianzigou coal mine landslide treatment engineering of prestressed anchor cable as the research object, analysis the influence of reaction by the landslide thrust of pile, anchor cable tension and deformation properties of soil mass. Calculate concrete compressive strength and point load strength between casting surface by interval pouring concrete test.then put forward reinforcement reinforcement measures. Using numerical simulation software of ABAQUS to implanted steel reinforcing measures to verify and analysis, contrast the interval surface stress size and distribution of before and after implanted steel. Combined with the pile body internal force distribution, analysis of different location of the pile body appeared interval pouring surface, impact on the safe use of prestressed anchor cable anti-slide pile.In this paper, combining with the engineering geological conditions in the study area, anti-slide pile under horizontal load, get the pile bending moment, shear force and displacement and soil counterforce distribution, analyze anti-slide pile deformation is S type. Through the analysis of concrete pouring test, get the interval on the surface of the casting on the degree of reducing the overall strength of concrete,due to pressure of the parallel structure interval pouring the concrete is more easy to break than the vertical compression. Analysis of pile body internal force distribution and casting surface between the location relationship indicates that interval casting structural plane location bending moment of pile, the greater the anti-slide pile cross-sectional tensile side more susceptible to pull crack, the greater the effect on the stability of the whole. |
